Keeping the drops moving for a celebrity-loved athleisure brand.

SET is an LA athleisure brand with a celebrity following, and Diamond Hook ran its Shopify store and growth program. I joined the account later on, helping manage the operations behind new product launches and consulting on messaging.

The brief

By the time I joined, our team was in the midst of launching SET’s SMS channel and building a growth program around multimillion-dollar product drops, members-only shopping, a rewards program and a community page for SET Sisters.

My role was keeping that launch engine running: getting new products live on Shopify and weighing in on how each drop was messaged.
